This Code of Conduct outlines the principles, responsibilities, and professional standards that govern the behavior of all employees, chauffeurs, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners of sChauffeurs. It serves as a foundation to maintain our commitment to safety, excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

3. General Conduct Rules
3.1 Respect and Courtesy
• Treat clients, colleagues, and partners with respect and courtesy at all times.
• Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
3.2 Integrity and Transparency
• Act honestly in all professional dealings.
• Disclose conflicts of interest where applicable.
• Do not accept or offer bribes, gifts, or favors that may influence business decisions.
3.3 Confidentiality
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client, employee, and company information.
• Non-disclosure agreements must be honored at all times, even after engagement ends.
3.4 Compliance with Law
• Adhere to all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Comply with labor laws, data protection (GDPR and others), and transportation standards.

4. Conduct for Chauffeurs and Operational Staff
4.1 Professional Appearance and Behavior
• Wear the official sChauffeurs uniform or formal attire.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Be punctual, polite, and composed in all interactions.
4.2 Driving Standards
• Hold valid and appropriate driving licenses and qualifications.
• Follow all road safety regulations.
• Abstain from alcohol or drug use before or during service hours.
• Use navigation tools and traffic information to ensure timely arrivals.
4.3 Vehicle Standards
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, fueled, and pre-inspected before every assignment.
• Report any damage or safety issues immediately.
• Do not use mobile phones while driving, except via hands-free systems.
4.4 Client Experience
• Assist clients with luggage and doors.
• Respect client privacy and maintain silence unless conversation is initiated.
• Use polite language; avoid discussing politics, religion, or personal matters.

5. Responsibilities of Management and Administrative Staff
5.1 Leadership and Accountability
• Lead by example and uphold this code in all activities.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
5.2 Fair Practices
• Ensure transparent contracts, fair wages, and legal working conditions.
• Promote continuous training, safety awareness, and professional development.
5.3 Feedback and Reporting
• Encourage team members to share concerns or feedback.
• Investigate misconduct reports confidentially and act appropriately.

6. Responsibilities of Partners and Affiliates
6.1 Alignment with Brand Values
• Partners must uphold the sChauffeurs standards in every engagement.
• Subcontracted chauffeurs must be vetted and trained to meet expectations.
6.2 Service Quality and Ethics
• Ensure timely, safe, and courteous service to clients.
• Respect contractual agreements, rates, and commission structures.

8. Violations and Disciplinary Actions

9. Acknowledgment
All parties are required to read, understand, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Signed acknowledgment forms must be submitted prior to onboarding or partnership activation.
